different areas that focus on boost client business and
performance. IT governance and strategies, business process
engineering and re-engineering, e-management implementation, PMO
and e-learning are examples of the areas where GAITS built its
expertise.
Business ProcessRe-Engineering
Business Process Management (BPM) and Reengineering (BPR) target at increasing the organizations efficiency and productivity. GAITS consultation in these fields concentrates mainly on achieving this target. BPR involves laying new strategies, changing existing processes, and establishing a solid organizational structure for management to operate smoothly in a highly demanding environment. This results in optimum performance and dramatic improvement in cost, quality and speed.
IT Strategies, Governance and e-Mangement
GAITS experience in the field of IT
Governance focuses on aligning IT strategies with clients’
business strategies. The target is to develop
a controlled and dynamic framework to ensure that IT
performance, deliverables, and information risk are efficiently
management. In IT governance, GAITS concentrates on customizing
efficient IT governance framework based on international IT
frameworks and standards such as ITIL, COBIT and ISO and not
IT-related frameworks such as BSC. The team GAITS is also expert
in developing IT strategies and implementing e-management.
Program Management Office (PMO)
Establishing a PMO helps in
achieving projects’ goals in addition to better project control,
project monitoring and project reporting. In this field, GAITS
provide professional consultation on PMO establishment and
training to top management or department heads who lead projects
and need to have efficient control and consolidation of multiple
projects.
E-Learning
E-learning is a form of learning that utilizes a network for delivery, interaction, using corporates LAN or WAN. The E-learning provides a platform for delivering both innovative and transformational learning experiences. In the eLearning field, the founders of GAITS have a major role in developing the e-learning strategy at the Ministry of Education, Kuwait. In addition, we develop all the major RFPs for the e-learning project at MOE.
